Houston homebuilder J. Patrick Homes won three awards for home design in the Houston’s Best PRISM Awards hosted recently by the Greater Houston Builders Association.

Aliana, a 2,000-acre master-planned community located in Richmond, TX announced today it has been ranked in the Top 30 in sales nationally for master-planned communities (MPCs) by real estate consulting firms RCLCo and John Burns. Aliana sold 430 new homes in 2018, ranking it fifth in the state in new home sales.
Aliana, the Houston master-planned community by AIRIA Development Company, has yet another accolade to add to its incredible list of awards and honors. The community was ranked No. 2 in the Houston market for housing starts in a recent report by Metrostudy, a nationally known housing research firm.
