FORT BEND, TX (March 15, 2017) – The Fort Bend master-planned community of Aliana once again maintained its ranking among the nation’s top sellers in 2016, due in large part to the introduction of luxury lifestyle patio homes, courtyard-style homes and highly amenitized garden homes.
Aliana ranked #19 among the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities last year, according to RCLCO, an independent real estate advisory firm. The community also ranked third on the list of Houston’s most active real estate developments in 2016 based on new home starts, as reported by MetroStudy, later published in the Houston Business Journal.
In addition to new lifestyle homes by Trendmaker Homes, Perry Homes and Sitterle Homes, Aliana debuted custom homes on 90-foot homesites by Partners in Building; all four builders also opened new lifestyle model homes in the community.
“We expanded our new home offerings with choices to suit various lifestyles,” notes Linda Kilgore, director of marketing for Aliana Development Company, developer of the 2,000-acre west Houston master-planned community near Sugar Land.
Kilgore credits the opening of the new H-E-B Aliana Market and the on-site Madden Elementary School as additional factors contributing to the community’s continued success.
Aliana is one of the largest and fastest growing master-planned communities in Fort Bend County and presents new homes from the $290s by Ashton Woods, CalAtlantic Homes, Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Meritage Homes, Partners in Building, Perry Homes, Plantation Homes, Sitterle Homes, Trendmaker Homes and Village Builders. It is located west of Houston on the Grand Parkway between U.S. Highway 59 and Interstate 10. Community amenities include The Club at Aliana & Swim Center featuring a resort-quality pool, tennis court and 24-hour fitness center with a second, on-site recreation center opening this Spring, miles of hiking trails, lush, shaded parks, and much more. Aliana students attend the highly-rated Fort Bend Independent School District. For more information on this award-winning Fort Bend master-planned community, visit www.AlianaHouston.com.
