New model homes will be open in Aliana, one of the nation’s top master-planned communities, during its Spring Kickoff Event on March 5-6 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The community celebration will feature family entertainment and several chances to win prizes totaling $5,000.
Aliana, a 2,000-acre west Houston master-planned community near Sugar Land, will introduce new model homes by top builders.
“Historically, we have found that in challenging economic times, home values in master-planned communities have held their value because of all the thoughtful planning that includes mixed-used development, retail and schools,” said Scott Davis, regional director of Houston Metrostudy, the Real-estate industry’s largest residential data provider.
Among the model homes to be toured are four new “Lifestyle Models” with custom designs from Perry Homes, Trendmaker Homes and Sitterle Homes. Lifestyle models reflect a premier builder’s vision of a featured lifestyle based on extensive research with homebuyers.
“These new model homes have something for everyone,” said Marketing Director Linda Kilgore of Aliana Development Company. “Aliana is a top-selling community in the nation, in large part, because our builders offer the newest designs that meet the needs of today’s homebuyers.”
There are homes ready for immediate move-in in the established community of Aliana. Current residents enjoy a luxury clubhouse, recreation center and pool as well as an on-site Fort Bend ISD elementary school.
