Aliana, the Houston master-planned community by AIRIA Development Company, has yet another accolade to add to its incredible list of awards and honors.
The community was ranked No. 2 in the Houston market for housing starts in a recent report by Metrostudy, a nationally known housing research firm.
The Houston Business Journal reports that Metrostudy shared information on the top builders and communities in the Houston market for a 12-month period that ended June, 2018. Aliana was recognized among the top five communities, and tied with The Woodlands for the No. 2 spot with an impressive 419 housing starts.
The 2,200-acre Aliana master-planned community in Richmond is located on the Grand Parkway (US 99) at West Airport. It remains one of the Houston market’s most successful communities, continually earning awards and recognition for its strong sales, innovative master-plan and prime location.
